I've been to a lot of restaurants in the French Quarter and this stands above them all! All of the other restaurants feel transactional, rushed, and have the same menu. From the moment we walked in and the doorman told us to enjoy our "experience" I knew this was going to be different! Everything was mouth watering! Get to know the staff and really spend the time to get the entire experience, it's a gem of this city.

Have been multiple holidays in a row and came tonight to celebrate mine and my girlfriends grad school graduation. DeShawn, Rory, and Evan are easily some of the best servers I have ever had. Fun, polite, and very professional. Highly recommend requesting any of them. Food is superb and decadent. Crab cakes, lobster, lamb chops; nothing short of fabulous. Have always enjoyed the food and service, would strongly recommend.

Wonderful experience… the service and food are on point. Fabulous and beautiful bar area as well. And, you gotta love a place that has Caviar service. Chef John Folse has done an excellent job putting together an exquisite menu and wine list. I had the Creole snapping turtle soup and cast iron Venison tenderloin…. Incredible.

Phenomenal experience. Was able to be sat in the back wine room for our friends 40th bday. We were more than well taken care of by that other white girl (Hanna… sorry, inside joke). The entire experience was to die for. From the butter & bread, to the cocktails, to those absolutely mind blowing grilled oysters (confession… they were so good we went back the next day for lunch and ate 18 more…) my perfectly prepared bone in ribeye and that bowl of Demon (just get it… you won’t be disappointed). Excellent experience!!! Just for feedback I will say the shareable table sides came in a little lacking. You’d figure getting $10 Whipped Potato’s would get you more than was provided. Asparagus was pretty good but felt like it could have been done better.

This was our second trip to New Orleans and we were looking for a nice, upscale dining experience. It was our family of 4. Myself, my husband and our two teenage daughters. I would say our entire experience was definitely five stars! Travis was our server and he was also accompanied by Nattie. Travis made the experience a 10 out of 10! He was funny, knowledgeable, efficient, and just overall fun! He gave us the best recommendations and we thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered. Nattie was wonderful too! Fun and super helpful! We ordered the dry aged steak board special, short ribs and prawns, lobster bisque, fillet mignon, and almost all of the sides. Each bite was better than the last. Honestly, I think you could order anything and be pleased. We didn’t save room for dessert, but Nattie went ahead and brought us a little dessert plate to try a few things. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend having dinner here. You won’t be disappointed! If you get a chance, request Travis & Nattie. They will guarantee you a great experience. I am still craving those short ribs and prawns! We can’t wait to go back!

R’evolution was one of the highlights of our trip. We made reservations online 2 weeks before and we had no idea what to expect. The food, service, and ambience was exceptional! The black house-made pasta was so delicious. Everything was absolutely perfect for our 40th anniversary. Highly recommend. We’d go back to New Orleans just to eat here again.

Came here for dinner while in the area. I had heard about their famous Death by Gumbo dish. When the time came I was excited! The service is excellent! Our waiter was very enthusiastic and outgoing, while at the same time being well composed. There were also additional waiters and waitresses that served us, who also did well. It starts with the bread, biscuit and trio of butters. The butters are so pretty, they're like little flowers! My favorite was the Cajun spiced butter, yum! And all of them were so creamy! They then gave us this fruit cracker thing, I forgot what it's called But that was good too! We got three appetizers: Oysters, beef tartare and blue crab beignets. Everything was wonderful! The beef tartare definitely won the presentation competition of the three, it's stunning! And the blue crab beignets are just plain amazing! The time had come: The death by Gumbo! Watching them pour out the broth Is so satisfying! I took my first bite: It is delicious! Wonderful flavorful, and the quail is perfectly cooked! Nice and juicy with so dryness whatsoever, And it was perfectly seasoned. It was also very satisfying cutting open the quail to reveal the rice, sausage and oysters. That's cutting edge (No pun intended). For dessert I got the panna Cotta. It had a creamy texture with a nice citrusy flavor, therefore refreshing. It also is relatively light, maybe for a good way to finish this awesome meal!

I can't say enough about the service! Restaurant R'evolution exceeded all expectations and provided a dining experience that was both refined and deeply satisfying. The service was impeccable! We were celebrating my birthday. I try my best to be in my hometown, New Orleans, for my birthday to share my special day with my family and friends. A great meal is always on the agenda. Restaurant R'evolution did not disappoint. Our waiter was a pure joy! It's a place I'll be recommending to everyone I know and can't wait to return.
